George Turner

Hi I’m George. After a long career serving within the Royal Navy, I retired and set up Innovations Fitness, a Military style Bootcamp company which delivers outdoor fitness classes.

During my career, first aid training and knowledge has proven to be a very important and necessary skill to have. I have gained a great deal of practical experience over the years in my various professional roles and felt it was the right time to create a First Aid training business to help others gain the confidence they need to be effective first aiders.

Natalie Thorn

Hi I’m Natalie, I am an ex Police Officer, currently working as Cabin Crew, a Fitness Instructor and most importantly a First aid trainer. I have been practicing First Aid for over 22 years and have a wealth of experience to share as a First Aid Instructor. I have taken part in my fair share of Aviation First Aid courses throughout my flying career and dealt with complex medical situations as Cabin Crew and in my past role as a Police Officer. I take great pride in my knowledge and experience as a First Aider and enjoy teaching others to feel as confident as I do in dealing with medical situations.
